The Birchwood Apartments are licensed as a 23-unit certified Residential Care Apartment Complex. The setting offers tenants privacy and security and allows opportunities for socialization and choice. The Birchwood Apartments are owned by Baldwin Care Center, Inc., a nonprofit organization governed by a community Board of Directors.

The monthly rental fee includes:

• Housekeeping twice monthly
• Emergency call system in bedroom and bathrooms
• Adjustable heat and air conditioning in each apartment
• Health monitoring including monthly weight and blood pressure checks
