Thank you for considering a gift to Baldwin Care Center, Inc.

The Baldwin Care Center, Inc. is a 501(c)(3) not-for-profit corporation. The entities included are Baldwin Care Center; a 50 bed skilled nursing facility, the Birchwood Apartments; a 23 unit senior apartment setting with supportive services and Birch Haven; a 30 unit assisted living facility.

Uses of Funds:

Your gifts may be used in the following ways:

1. Designated donations. A donor may wish to designate that their donation be used for a specific purpose. Currently the organization is involved in a Capital Campaign to raise funds for facility vehicles including a van for medical transports and a bus for resident and tenant outings. Donors can designate their donations be applied to Baldwin Care Center – Vehicle Fund.

2. Undesignated donations. Donations can be given without a specific designation of use. The funds are applied to projects and initiates determined by the Board of Directors.
